You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Fascenter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Fascenter is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and brokers of mobile businesses. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of any business, or the completion of any sale or financing. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

You must have the right to list any business, unit, route, or contract you post, and your content must be accurate and lawful. Listings may be reviewed before going live, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You retain ownership of your content but grant Fascenter a license to display and distribute it on the platform.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information.
• Infringing the intellectual property or rights of others.
• Attempting to bypass fees, security, or moderation.
• Harassing other users or distributing unlawful content.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the platform.

Paid plans, listing boosts, and other paid features are billed through our payment provider. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings.

Financing tools help connect buyers with financing options. Fascenter does not provide loans and does not guarantee approval, terms, or funding. Any financing arrangement is solely between you and the relevant provider.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fascenter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the platform or its users.
